Wilson Fellowship, Howard Foundation Fellowship, and other prestigious poetry awards, Marjorie Welish is the author of seven collections, including The Annotated "Here" and Selected Poems, an Academy of American Poets Lenore Marshall Prize finalist and Village Voice Best Book of the Year. She lives in New York and teaches at Columbia University and Pratt Institute.
