This is because there is much interplay that determines the success of computer use. Many factors need to be considered from the skills of the user, systems engineering, networking, to communication. This research demonstrates that a student computer skill may/may not be the answer technical questions and that willingness to learn may be compromised by a system that does not reflect and meet the student s needs.

Theodoto Ressa obtained his Master¿s degree in Education in 2010. He's currently pursuing PhD in Education while teaching at college. He taught high school between 2003-2007; and he's wide experience with students from K-12 in the U.S. He's involved in many international projects for the disabled. Besides he is both an author and journal reviewer.
