He came from humble beginnings. Born in a small southern town and raised in the church. After school he spent time working in a furniture factory and seeking his place in life. He strayed from the church making mistakes looking for happiness and fortune. After years of failed relationships and poor choices, he finally met his current wife. He soon rededicated his life to the Lord. After suffering with depression and anxiety for years he was healed and started utilizing the gift God had given him. He had been writing for years but never had enough courage to share his work with the world. His faith in God gave him the strength to publish this book in the hope that someone would find encouragement in his poetry. Others have found hope in his writings and he wishes the same for others who may be struggling.
