A quantitative methodology was used, with a non-experimental design, correlational associative type, whose techniques consisted in the method of analysis, data processing through statistical tables using the SPSS program, as an instrument for data processing of the variables under study. The selected population consisted of 45 teachers to whom we proceeded to apply a questionnaire consisting of 30 reliable items for the research process, the results show that the value of Spearman's coefficient is 0.678 and significance of 0.000. The importance of the relationship between the working environment and the telework of teachers is determined.
