The subject of this research is the working environment and telework of the teachers of the Fiscal Educational Unit "Replica Aguirre Abad", Ecuador, 2020, whose motivation derives from the observation made to the educational processes implemented through the methodology of telework and the need to train teachers in the use of this tool. The selected population consisted of 45 teachers to whom we proceeded to apply a questionnaire consisting of 30 reliable items for the research process, the results show that the value of Spearman's coefficient is 0.678 and significance of 0.000. The importance of the relationship between the working environment and the telework of teachers is determined.
