The present research entitled "Work climate in a textile company" has the objective of describing the work climate in said textile company. The problems found in the textile company it could be observed that the work climate is not a favorable place to work because of the conditions in which it is located and this due to the little interest that the employees have and the demotivation that has likewise has been decreasing production and sales, because there is no pleasant place where you can develop with tranquility their daily work and to this is added the little interest of the bosses because it does not project in changes to improve the degree of satisfaction of the collaborators and their work environment.
