This research work, by means of a unique case study, seeks to analyse the dynamics of work and power relations that are established between various actors in a Teacher Training School in Angola. To this end, through the existing theoretical collection, an attempt is made to approach the facts and phenomena observed during the process of this research, which had as data collection techniques the interview, observation and documentary analysis. In this qualitative study, the social relations that are established between the elements that constitute the different interest groups - within a teaching institution of the 2nd Cycle of Teacher Training in Angola - are discussed with reference to the approaches of the bureaucratic and political models. Thus, considering some internal and external documents and making the actors that make up the group of management, teachers, non-teaching workers, students and parents/guardians of education speak through these lenses, we seek to obtain, throughout this study, answers on how a Teacher Training School is organized and the power relations that are established therein
