This book discusses the actions taken by the main actors in the labor market in order to understand whether they guarantee the employability of young graduates with no work experience. In methodological terms, this is a qualitative, exploratory explanatory study with a sample of 13 people. Where, it is concluded that, although there is a labor law in force, it does not protect, and does not guarantee that a newly graduated person can have the same possibilities to even compete, since it is devoid of one of the main requirements - professional experience, nevertheless, it was possible to generate some suggestions that if implemented in its entirety, we will have more young graduates entering the labor market.
