Janet Alberta Koomson has an MPhil in Educational Administration from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She also holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), Florida, USA. Currently she is a lecturer at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
