A new century's challenge is proposed: a major improvement consisting in giving the highest value to human being in labor uneven relationship. Although, today this aspiration may sound as a utopia, we cannot forget that this ideal, scent of mankind, is the star that always has guided and the foundation that always has supported human being. Otherwise and without chimeras humanity would have perished long time ago.
