The following book will focus on the researching work-life balance versus work-lifeconflict, 'work-life balance policies: challenges, and benefits associated with the implementation of WLB policies in Serbia'', likewise further investigation within the sectors of manufacturing VS services. In the conclusion part, there are visible signs of the positive approach and impact within the managers to further investigate this topic and to be fully the part of it in terms of contribution, commitment, and involvement. To sum up the thesis, it will be presented three recommendations on the part of theseparated chapter, as well as finding in the appendix in form of completed surveys, and questionnaires. According to the outcomes of the thesis, we have investigated the fact why, how, and when WLB transfers to WLC, and vice versa. Therefore, as the final outcome, it will be presented conclusion and part of the recommendations valuable for the final conclusions of the book. The final outcome is that WLB must be created inside the organizations, and not to be ''born'' within them. Therefore, all the benefits, and obstacles are created within the organizations themselves.
