This research critically evaluates the employees work life balance and its impact on the organizational performance. The Work life balance was found to be dependent on various factors such as Benefits and perks, flexible working hours, training provided and the organizational working conditions. The study clearly pointed out the relationship between the various factors and their positive impact on the employee's performance. However, since cost is associated with most of the factors, organizations should make sure to create a right mix on the factors so that benefits and perks were provided to avoid the dissatisfaction among employees. The organizational culture created, ensures the satisfaction and self-fulfillment of the employees, by creating such healthy work life balance to employees, a win-win situation can be created for both the employees and employers.
