Teresa Ghilarducci is professor of economics and director of the Higgins Labor Research Center at the University of Notre Dame. She is the author of numerous books, including Labor's Capital: The Economics and Politics of Employer Pensions. John Turner is a senior policy advisor in the AARP Public Policy Institute. He is the author or editor of twelve books, including Individual Accounts for Social Security Reform: International Perspectives on the U.S. Debate.
