The intervention of rehabilitation processes in post-mastectomy women requires an integrated approach, considering the performance deficit in different areas of occupation, resulting from alterations in physical, emotional and social aspects, which deserves the participation of the multidisciplinary team as well as the family. The present research is non-experimental with a quali-quantitative focus, whose objective is to identify work performance through the evaluation of the areas of occupation and skills of execution for the elaboration of a Guide for the Rehabilitation of Execution Skills from the Human Occupation Model in Post-Mastectomized Women between the ages of 30 and 60 years from the Physiotherapy area of the Hospital Sociedad de Lucha Contra el Cáncer del Ecuador-Guayaquil. Four areas of occupation were evaluated: Daily Life Activities, Instrumental Activities, Work and Social Participation, and it was determined that participation as a student, worker or volunteer had changed, confirming the presence of deficits in work performance.
