The primary objective of this study was to explore the relationships between two work-related factors (person-environment fit and job security) and organizational commitment among Millennial employees. Moreover, the study investigated the moderating role of job satisfaction and its influence on those relationships. A cross-sectional survey was distributed to Millennial employees across thirteen companies located in Bangkok (Thailand) and a total of 400 responses were obtained. This study recommends that managers focus on the improvement of each studied work-related factor. A balance must be maintained among all of them to generate a greater commitment by Millennial employees. The study's results are compared with previous findings and recommendations for further research are provided.
