Our study wanted to know: the impact of healthcare providers' working conditions on patient satisfaction; the level of satisfaction of patients consulting healthcare facilities in the Sankuru DPS; the current working conditions of healthcare providers in the Sankuru DPS. Because talking about quality of care implies patient satisfaction (JIHANE SEBAI, 2021; Kroger et al, 2007; Donabedian, 1980).the positivist paradigm and the hypothetico-deductive, inductive and abductive approaches were used as methods. The philosophical approach (using the hypothetico-experiential category), based on ontological and epistemological assumptions. While the mixed method using the exploratory sequential model and the explanatory sequential model, were used to discover the truths about our research. Our study is a secondary study that attempted to find answers about the impact of working contions on patient satisfaction. The test revealed that the relationship between working conditions and patient satisfaction is statistically highly significant at the o,o5% threshold.
