Kunamsi Iddrisu ha conseguito un Master in Salute Pubblica (MPH) presso l'Università del Ghana, a Legon, e una laurea in Nutrizione comunitaria presso l'Università per gli Studi sullo Sviluppo, a Tamale, in Ghana. Lavora presso il Servizio sanitario del Ghana come nutrizionista senior e occupa la posizione di responsabile distrettuale della nutrizione.
