Born in Bihunge, Matongo commune, Kayanza province in the Republic of Burundi, Mr Bernard Rubarika has been working in the forestry sector since 1980. He stopped his studies in Cuba in 1986 for reasons beyond his control. On his return, he continued his life by devoting himself to environmental and climate change projects. He is CEO of FDMR.tk.
