JOHN PATRICK DOLAN CSP, CPAE, is an international authority on negotiation and conflict resolution. He is recognized by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Criminal Law and has over 37 years of courtroom experience as a California criminal trial lawyer. He appears frequently as a legal news analyst on Fox News Channel. Dolan also appears twice weekly as the legal news analyst for his local NBC affiliate, KMIR News. When he¿s not in the courtroom, John serves as CEO of LawTalk¿ MCLE, Inc., a continuing legal education company, and as CEO/Founder and Dean of the California Desert Trial Academy College of Law, a law school dedicated to educating, training, and developing extraordinary legal advocates. John lives in Southern California with his wife, Irene, to whom he has been married for over 40 years.
