The number of members attending has steadily increased, with approximately 2000 members attending each congress since the 15th WCSS in Acapulco, Mexico. The most recent (18th) WCSS was held on July 9-15, 2006 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.
