Dr. Angelo A. Beltran Jr. was born in Quezon City, Philippines. He received the B.S. degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from AMA Computer University, Quezon City, Philippines, the Master of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila, Philippines, in 2001 and 2005, respectively. As of 2019, He is the first and only one who graduated in Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics Engineering at the Mapua University in Manila, Philippines in 2018. Dr. Beltran is a Registered Electronics Engineer and a Professional Electronics Engineer. Between 2015 to 2017, he was a Visiting Research Scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan. Currently, he is with the Department of Electronics Engineering, at the Adamson University, Manila, Philippines. He had authored or co-authored several research papers in local and international journals. He serves as a peer-reviewer for several local and international conferences as well as engineering and scientific journals. He previously held the Chairperson position in the Department of Electronics Engineering at the Technological Institute of the Philippines in Manila Philippines and had previously been in Mapua University, FEU Institute of Technology (formerly FEU East Asia College), and Lyceum of the Philippines University. He was a former Research and Development Engineer for Power Electronics and Motor Control in Taiwan. He received the Best Paper Award in 2nd International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication, and Computer Engineering in Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, the First Place Best Department Chair Research Award, and the Third Place Best Department Chair Research Award, at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila, Philippines, in 2016, 2012, and 2011, respectively. His research interests include renewable energy systems, computational intelligence-based control and estimation, embedded systems, applied swarm intelligence algorithms and evolutionary computing techniques, self organizing and adaptive control systems, chaos-theoretic concepts and applications.Dr.  Belinda Torres Conde finished her Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Adamson University, Manila. As a licensed teacher and professor in Mathematics for more than forty years, she has taught major mathematics courses both in the undergraduate and graduate programs including engineering mathematics courses.  She gained a lot of experiences and skills in research and evaluation that led to several research engagements involving several multi- disciplinary research activities. These also offered her a lot of opportunities to engage several community extension projects where she had collaborations with American partners, national organizations, government agencies, and other academic institutions. As a researcher, she held various consultancy works with different manufacturing companies in charge of statistical quality control. For several years, she was assigned as the in-house statistician of the College of Pharmacy at the Adamson University, a full-time researcher, institutional research coordinator, statistician, trainor/resource speaker in research, international paper presenter and eventually, Director for research, technical and managing editor of the Adamson University research journal. She also worked as concurrent Dean of the Graduate School and Director for Research and Development Center at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. She is a bona fide member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), the Philippine Association of Medical Journal Editors (PAMJE), an affiliate of APAME, WAME, the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI), and the Mathematics Society of the Philippines.  Dr. Zeny J. Lontoc is currently CHED-RQAT Regional Quality Assessor Team Region 4 Inspects Region IV for Engineering,Management and Information Technology for BACHELORS, DOCTORAL and MASTERAL DEGREES.  HEAD RQAT for BS in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING along Region 4 Schools. A Professional Industrial Engineer and also awarded academic excellence "BENEMERITUS" in March 2002 at Adamson University. Director for MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Executive MBA and Doctor of Philosophy in Management, De La Salle University Dasmarinas Cavite. Dr. Zeny J. Lontoc was a former Dean of College of Engineering in San Sebastian College Cavite City. She was also an Academic Head and Director for SAP PHILIPPINES in the Field of SUPPLY CHAIN COURSES Seminars and Trainings member schools   UP, DLSU, UST, FEU, ATENEO, Mapua, UE, ADAMSON, NU, Asia Pacific College 2008-2013. Dr. Zeny is also a Production Planning and Inventory Control Senior Manager Nec. Dr. Zeny is a frequent speaker and often invited as a guest speaker in Colleges, and Top Universities because of her outstanding reputation. She lives in Noveleta, Cavite, Philippines
