The Galavisión schedule is mainly filled with foreign telenovelas, a lot of sports, especially football (soccer) and lucha libre (wrestling), along with gossip shows like NX. On January 3, 2007, Galavisión debuted its first news program, Las Noticias por Adela. Prior to that date, Galavisión offered no newscasts, as Televisa''s news programming could be seen on XEW-TV, as well as its local stations such as XHTV.
