The loyalists moved the capital back to the ruins of Luoyang. First on the move was the White Wave Bandits, they were able to defeat Li Jue, Guo Si, and Zhang Ji and take the Emperor. When Cao Cao arrived, he also defeated the loyalists. Cao Cao invited the White Wave Rebels and the Emperor over. Later that same year, Yang Feng and the White Wave Rebels lost a fight for power against Cao Cao. After his lost, Yang Feng and his friend Han Xian fled to the side of Yuan Shu.
