David Hunter is Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the Environmental Law Program at the American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington DC. Wang Xi is Professor of Law and Director of the Research Institute of Environmental Law at the School of Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
