O Dr. Pio Joseph Paul Yanzuh é o Fundador e Presidente da Igreja Int e do Seminário Teológico de Actos. Professor de Liderança na Universidade de Graduação de Yemyung. Estudou na Universidade de Actos para Mestrado e na Universidade Cristã de Seul para Doutoramento (PhD). Casado com a Sra. Joicelyn Yanzuh com três filhos. Helena, Joicelyn e Peter
