Bela Barbosa tiene nueve años de experiencia en educación preescolar. Ha enseñado atención plena (“mindfulness”) en su aula y ha colaborado con trabajadores sociales en grupos de destrezas sociales para niños con necesidades especiales. Hace poco se certificó como instructora de yoga y abanderada del bienestar. Actualmente se desempeña como consultora de Aprendizaje Socioemocional (SEL, por sus siglas en inglés) en un centro de preescolar de doce aulas para niños de dos a cinco años de edad, labor que le permite compartir sus conocimientos tanto con los pequeños como con los empleados. Bela vive en el norte de Nueva Jersey. Este es su primer libro.     Bela Barbosa has been an early childhood educator for 9 years. She has taught mindfulness in her classroom and has worked with local social workers in social skills groups for children with special needs. Bela recently earned both her yoga teacher and wellness champion certifications. She is currently the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) consultant at a 12-classroom preschool for ages 2-5, bringing her expertise to all children and staff. Bela lives in Northern New Jersey.
