The problems of health related physical fitness and also the psychological consequences that occur during menstruation can be tackled with the help of Yoga and Aerobics. Yoga, an ancient system of healing, exerts a positive influence on health and well-being, by changing the way we think, feel and respond to life situations. Aerobics is a type of exercise that overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest. Due to its advantages, it will be very helpful indeveloping Psycho-physiological parameters and Health related physical fitness of College girls with irregular menstruation cycle.
