Millicent Elaine Williams is a retired Vision Rehabilitation therapist who currently lives near Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Master of Arts degree in Blind Rehabilitation from Western Michigan university in 2004. Practicing yoga as a visually impaired person often required assistance and hands on instruction. As a result, she was motivated to write her own adaptive book describing yoga poses and movements for the blind and sighted people. In her spare time, she enjoys crossword puzzles, listening to sports, working out, reading, jeopardy, and writing. The most important things in her life are family, faith, friends, and music. She published her first book "Vada's Vittles" in 2014 and now she is thrilled to offer readers "Yoga Is How Ya Go!" Irma Isabel Campos-Padilla, a graduate from Cal State East Bay, is a retired High School English teacher who discovered the health benefits of practicing yoga in her early 50s. She later became a Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance in the Bay Area where she began her journey as a yoga instructor. Irma and her husband moved to the San Joaquin Valley where she obtained her certification in Yoga Therapy. Today, she continues to teach yoga and serve her community by offering yoga therapy as an alternative for better health and wellness.
