Alison Golosky is a Métis writer and musician, born and raised in Fort McMurray, Alberta. She is a prolific writer of poetry, short stories, essays, and journals. She currently lives in New Westminster, British Columbia, with her husband and dog. She holds a post-secondary degree in Jazz Studies from Grant MacEwan University. You Are Here is the first book in her The Other North series, and her first published novel.
