Mike Keyes Sr. graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1980 and went into full-time missionary work in the Philippines. From 1980 to 1982, he worked with a native Filipino and his ministry and then in 1983, Rev. Keyes felt God's direction to start his own work and founded Mike Keyes Ministries International. The ministry operates on a three-fold mandate from the Lord: reaching the lost, teaching Christians and training ministers. Rev. Keyes and his wife, Ethel, a native Filipina were married in 1983 and have two children.
