Steven Denny is a partner with Innovative Business Advisors, a mergers and acquisition firm specializing in serving com- panies of $1 million to $50 million in enterprise value. The firm provides M/A services, business valuation services, exit planning, and specialized coaching services designed to help business owners grow enterprise value and profits. Steve began his career in business development with a Fortune 100 firm and was one of the youngest vice presi- dents in his industry. He eventually attained a senior exec- utive role with national responsibilities. After twenty-five years of service in the industry, he retired and founded ABN, a business consulting and brokerage business in Saint Louis, Missouri in 2005. In 2018, Steve merged his firm with Innovative Business Advisors and was recognized as one of "The Best M&A Providers in Saint Louis." Steve and his wife Debi reside in suburban Saint Louis and enjoy spending time with their two children and four grandchildren.
