Granryd played as a goalkeeper at the USA collegiate Division 1 and at professional levels. He has served as a director of coaching at the state and club levels, and as a goalkeeper coach at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels. His management career includes Executive Director/General Manager roles in youth clubs and Managing/Operations Director positions in professional teams.
