Most of the Young Hero stories have been read by nine year old students at Willow Park Elementary School who needed help in their reading skills. Students who were in Grade 3 from 1991 to 1996 will remember many of these stories. We acted some of the out in the classroom. Every kid wanted a leading role. In 1996 I met a young girl who had a role in the story in 1993. She came over to greet me and recalled the exact role she had and the name of the story.
