In 2002, Louenna Hood graduated from the prestigious Norland College in Bath, Somerset, which has trained elite nannies for 130 years. Over almost two decades, she has nannied over 100 children, including the offspring of celebrities and royalty, and has worked in countries across the globe, including Dubai, Australia, America and Sweden. Qualifying as a maternity nurse a decade ago - a decision that led her into freelance work - cemented Louenna as a go-to support for many high profile new parents. Then in March 2020, as her childcare duties scaled back during the pandemic, Louenna took her career to the next level, by making her childcare services completely inclusive via a dedicated parent support app, The Louenna App. A one-stop-shop for childcare, the app covers every possible parenting topic from feeding, bathing and changing, to sleep routines, potty training and language development. Originally from Norfolk, Louenna currently lives in Newmarket in Cambridgeshire.
