When you buy Your Company Culture Ecosystem, you will get a guidebook on how to build a culture that is based on core values, modeled by leadership behaviors, embedded through richly symbolic rituals, and permeates all your operational practices. Written by Kristin E. Robertson, a company culture consultant and executive coach, this book offers practical advice on how to create a great place to work. Inside, you'll learn: -How to convince your leadership team that company culture is a market differentiator -How to create core values for your company -How to embed your values in people practices and operational processes -How to hold people accountable to expected behaviors, standards and goals -How to encourage your leadership team to model the core values -How to design emotionally evocative rituals that are tied to core values -The importance of employee recognition and how to create a meaningful program of awards -How to ensure that hand-offs between departments go smoothly and minimize frustration -The importance of a Culture Committee, with representatives from each department >A word from the author, Kristin E. Robertson: "More and more, we hear about dysfunctional company cultures in the news. Your company culture can be preventing your organization from providing outstanding customer service, executing a great strategy, or attaining desired financial results. You cannot afford bad publicity about your company, nor the reputation that it spreads among prospective employees and customers. You cannot leave culture to chance. And, you cannot ensure a positive company culture by simply throwing perks and benefits at employees. You must grow a thriving business from a foundation of core values, and link all that you do back to those values. Growing a vibrant company culture takes dedication, work and a mindset of doing what's right for the customers, employees, vendors and owners of the business. Are you ready to take on the challenge? If yes, enjoy this book."
