So you see, we're going to be friends forever, you and me. Even long after you've gone home, wherever home may be. Pediatric nurses have the responsibility of caring for the smallest of patients, but it is their greatest honor to be their patients' friend. Autorenporträt
Kelly Keutmann Fleming is a certified pediatric registered nurse and has been working with pediatric patients for over ten years. After graduating from San Diego State University School of Nursing, she began her nursing career in a pediatric intensive care unit, where she took care of a fifteen-month-old boy who changed the way she viewed her relationship with her patients. Recognizing how scary hospitals can be, she saw a need to show kids that nurses are not only there to provide the best care for them, but are there to walk them through every step of the way as their caretaker and friend. Kelly resides in Santa Cruz, California, with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Mila.
