David S. Roberson, Esq. is a licensed real estate attorney, a licensed real estate broker, and has been involved in the real estate business since he graduated from college in 1986. David has personally been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, has personally inspected over 2,500 residential properties, 12 million square feet of new commercial space, and is an expert in 12 separate building code categories. David and his wife Shelly have managed a personal portfolio of real properties in California and Arizona since 1998. David is currently the principal broker/owner of Silicon Valley Property Management Group and manages over 100+ residential and commercial properties for clients. After Shelly Roberson graduated from UC Berkeley she started full-time in real estate at the age of 22 in title and escrow. Shelly received her real estate license at age 23 and began representing buyers and sellers. Today Shelly has 26 years of real estate experience and she has successfully closed 680+ transactions. Shelly brings a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism to her trade that is unrivaled. Shelly is incredibly detail oriented and a savvy negotiator. In addition to providing sage real estate counsel to her clients Shelly designs, remodels, and sources vendors for her clients at no charge - just as part of her value-added services.
