Jeff Gill is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and NLP Master Practitioner. He runs Better Balance Coaching - his own coaching practice. Will Medd is Lecturer at the University of Lancaster and runs his own coaching practice (an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and CTI Certified Professional Co-active Coach). Together they run workshops for PhD students and have established yourphdcoach.com as an online space for continued conversations about getting the most from the PhD experience.
