Dr Darryl Cross is a clinical and organisational psychologist, certified executive and personal coach, guest university lecturer as well as author, and international speaker. He is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has lectured in post-graduate psychology at both Macquarie University in Sydney and the University of Queensland in Brisbane, and has been a sessional lecturer in "Leadership Dynamics" for the MBA Program at the University of South Australia and Torrens University. Dr Cross has conducted his own psychology and coaching practice for the last 35 years and is an accredited advisor to Family Business Australia. As an author, he has written a number of books as well as scores of articles and has given numerous workshops and presentations across Australia as well as in South-East Asia, the USA, Canada, Ireland and the UK.
