Johnnie is President and CEO of World Class Coaches(R), an international personal, professional and executive coaching corporation. The company coaches across all industry lines. He is sought after as an inspirational speaker and author on leadership, personal effectiveness, transition and change, family, and interpersonal relationships. At the University of Texas, he was a two-time consensus All-American defensive back in football, and in 2007 was elected into the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame. A #1 draft pick, Johnnie's National Football League career spanned a decade as an All-Pro safety for the Los Angeles Rams. He and his wife Julie have three children.
