Joyce Stubblefield Pattillo is the sister of John Stubblefield. She is a consultant with more than 30 years of experience in human resources. Her business, J Pat Consulting, is dedicated to motivating management to enhance their leadership skills and build stronger teams. J Pat Consulting is sought after to design company initiatives, facilitate focus groups, customize training, and conduct and analyze employee surveys. She founded the firm with motivation from John, who provided mentorship, books, and his ongoing words of encouragement-"Joyce you can do this." Writing this book was far off the grid from what Joyce does professionally; however, it remained in her heart for many years. With gracious support and encouragement, it is now a reality. Joyce resides in Little Rock, Arkansas.
