Dave is Exec Director of Christian Endeavor. Previously he was a youth pastor for 15 years. Dave teaches youth ministry courses at Evangelical Sem, is on the World CE board, and authored several youth min resources. Dave, his wife Jen, and their four children live in Lancaster, PA. He loves coaching sports, movies, reading and strategy games.
