About the author: Dr. Agim Zogaj is the author of ten books in Albanian. During the Kosovar War (1998-1999), he reported on the war for ¿Deutsche Welle¿ radio in Albanian. He has taken part in many scientific Conferences. He is the lecturer in the Department of Political Sciences and Vice Dean at the University of Prishtina.
