Zain Ansari (born July 17, 1950 in Pir-jo Goth, Sindh, Pakistan) is a well known political figure of the country. He made a Political Party called Sindh Quami Movement; from 1990 to 1995 he was a Chairman of SQM and Goth Bachao Tehreek. In 1995 he merged his Party SQM into PMLN and now he is the part of Pakistan Muslim League N. During the period of General Muharaf's Dictatorship he went to jail several times and for five years he was President of Alliance for the restoration of Democracy (ARD) Sindh Chapter. At present he is the member of Central Organizing Committee of PMLN.
