Matt Kwan is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the owner and head instructor of On Guard BJJ in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Canada. He is the co-founder of the podcast "BJJ Mental Models," and was the grappling coach at Simon Fraser University. In addition to the martial arts, he enjoys hockey, drumming, gardening, and cooking.
