Neetal Parekh is a lawyer by education, a social innovator through experience, and a storyteller at heart. She is a frequent public speaker, convener, and workshop facilitator. She has co-created a facilitation training program to empower more individuals to engage as effective facilitators in both online and in-person settings.Inspired by her nephews and in collaboration with talented illustrator Zoe Almon Job, Neetal is releasing a children's picture book series called Pineapple Friends. 'The Adventures of the Pineapple Friends' introduces a problem-solving mindset to young learners. Along with an online platform and interactive game for young learners, she and the Innov8social team hope to inspire a new generation of empathy-driven, critical-thinking problem solvers.As an attorney, Neetal has experience in immigration law and is certified in the emerging field of Conscious Contracts(R), which helps people and organizations design agreements to work together in alignment with their mission, values, and communication styles.
