Judah and Myrtle are an old couple who live in Zechariah Park. They are quirky and fun and dress a little crazy. Judah and Myrtle love Jesus, each other, their neighbors, and singing and dancing. Their favorite Bible verse is Psalm 119:11: "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." The families living in Zechariah Park know that growing up is hard and, sometimes, help is needed to know what to do. Myrtle often tells her Zechariah Park friends, "The Bible can help you know what to do when you don't know what to do, but you have to hide it in your heart first." To hide God's word in your heart, you must hear the stories and verses found in the Bible and then remember and use them. That is what Zechariah Park is all about, with a lot of fun and laughter mixed in! If you want to learn how the Bible can help you know what to do at school, on the bus, playing with friends, and even at home, grab this book and read it. You might even start singing with Myrtle and Judah, "Hide, hide, hide, I hide your Word in my heart . . ."

Autorenporträt
Cindy Holt Miller is a mother and grandmother who has enjoyed making up tales since she was a little girl and now, as an author, she gets to share those tales with children of all ages everywhere. After spending thirty years as an elementary school teacher and administrator, Cindy has a heart for sharing Biblical principals in a fun and easily relatable way with the next generation. While in college, a professor issued a challenge that Cindy has never forgotten, "Are you going to isolate your children or insulate them?" Growing up in today's world is difficult. Cindy believes that if we teach our children the principles found in God's Word and model how to live out those principles, our children can change the culture around them instead of the culture changing our children. Zechariah Park is Cindy's dream to help insulate our children so they can impact their world for Jesus. Cindy lives in Central Indiana but enjoys escaping to a sunny beach whenever possible.
