The lower crystalline size of the zinc deposited on steel & Aluminium at higher speed, lower feed and lower forward time. The metal is softened at higher speed due to high friction generated. Zinc deposited on mild steel & Aluminium increased due to increased friction in the process. The coating thickness of the internal surface of the pipe varies with the speed of the pipe at the forward time and feed.
