The blood zinc level of subject group S1 was non-significantly higher as compared to the control and in subject group S2 and S3 was non significantly lower as compared to the control. Decrease in the blood zinc level was noted with the increase in the trimester. The systolic blood pressure (mm/Hg) of S1, S2 and S3 subject group were found 123.6, 123.3 and 125.9 respectively. The diastolic blood pressure of S1, S2 and S3 subject group were measured 85.96, 82.16 and 89.78.so zinc level in pre-eclamptic pregnant women was found lower as compared to the control, while zinc is an essential metal which is involved in the formation of several enzymes and their working
