Zirconia has been recognized as an ideal solution for esthetic demand in dentistry and its clinical application has been widely used. All Ceramic restorations are a metal-free alternative due to their excellent aesthetic and biocompatibility properties. This system uses the concepts of computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) for the fabrication of ceramic crowns and fixed dental prosthesis composed of zirconium oxide ceramic material. For any restoration to be clinically successful marginal fit and accuracy of restorations are the crucial factors. The marginal discrepancy will tend to attract more plaque, microleakage and eventually result in failure of restoration in long clinical usage.
