By taking the basic plot of Zombi II and adding elements of cannibal films, Zombie Holocaust - a film about zombies and cannibals clashing on a south-east Asian island - was born. Some might compare this movie to Cannibal Holocaust, because of the similar titles and the fact that Zombie Hollocaust features cannibals as well, but Zombie Holocaust looks more like Joe D''Amato''s "Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals".
